I want to book, but I don't feel I'm photogenic.
No worries! I completely understand. I understand that not everyone feels comfortable in front of the camera. We'll discuss your vision before the shoot and guide you through each step, including posing, to ensure things go smoothly. My goal is to make your experience enjoyable and relaxed, so you get the best results possible. I look forward to working with you!
Do you edit your photos?
Yes, I offer professional retouching and editing services to enhance your portrait and family photos.
This includes color correction, basic skin retouching, and other adjustments as needed to ensure that your photos look their best.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
For portrait and family sessions, you will receive your photos professionally retouched in 10 days.
Can I order prints or albums through you?
Yes, you can. I offer plenty of sizes in prints, albums and wall art. Prints are available in framed or canvas.
How long do I have to download my photos?
Once photos are delivered, it is recommended that you download your photos within 7 business days.
I do not keep a lifetime archive of your photos, so it's best you download them at your earliest convenience
Do you offer videography?
Not currently.
What if i don't like my photos?
I'm happy to say that 99% of the time, a little preparation on your end and a lot of experience on my end result in a set of photos you will absolutely love, but I understand that there's no way for you to know that until you have them in your hand.
If you're not happy with the photos from your session, we can offer a reshoot.
My session/event is outside and the weather looks bad, what should I do?
If the forecast is questionable, I will contact you two days beforehand to talk about your options. If you would prefer to reschedule, please let me know immediately - no later than 24 hours before the session start time.
If you would like to proceed with the session as scheduled, we will need to plan an indoor option for the session, then the day of the session, we will make a final determination of whether the session will be held indoors or outdoors
Do you cover events?
Yes! I am able to cover the following types of events:
- Parties
- Family Events
- Gender Reveals + Baby Showers
- Engagement parties
- & More!
Will my event photos be edited?
Yes, your event photos will be professionally color corrected.
If you feel some photos need more than a color correction, that can be discussed however, further editing will attract a fee.
Do you cover weddings?
Weddings come with a different level of planning, responsibility, and coverage needs therefore; they are not included in my regular event packages or promotions.
Whether it’s the emotional weight or the fast-paced, high-visibility nature of a wedding day, these sessions require extra prep, coordination, and post-production work.
Because of that, they are priced separately from standard events like birthdays and baby showers.
Am I able to get the raw/unedited photos?
I appreciate your interest in the RAW/unedited photos. However, it's not my standard practice to provide them, as they do not reflect the quality and style of my work.
If you still wish to have the RAW images, there is a $499 fee for the entire gallery. Please note that we do not sell individual RAW or unedited images; the entire gallery must be purchased.
How long in advance should I book my session?
To ensure the proper planning and desired execution, it is advised that all sessions be booked 3 weeks in advance.
Events up to 4 hours, 2 weeks noticed is preferred.
Events that last longer than 4 hours: 3 weeks notice is preferred
Sessions or events booked within 7 to 4 days of the scheduled date will incur a 15% last-minute booking fee, based on your total package price. Bookings made 3 days or less in advance will incur a 20% fee. This ensures we can still deliver the high-quality service your special day deserves
How much is my deposit?
Your session fee will be a nonrefundable retainer of 50% the total of your session. This fee secures your date and time and is applied to your total balance.
For example, if the price of your session is $400 then you would do the following to calculate your session fee retainer:
600x0.5= $300 is your session fee retainer
When should I pay my total balance?
Your total balance will be due at 10:00am a week before your session or event.
What if I'm late to my session?
You are given a 10 minute grace period to arrive to your session. A late fee of $55 will apply after 10 minutes.
If you are 30 minutes late the session will automatically be canceled.
What if my session was cancelled because I was late?
Your session fee will be transferred to a new date, and a $55 late fee will be applied to your total balance due. I must be notified within 3 days after your original session date of a new session date.
Am I able to purchase additional time?
Absolutely! We're not leaving until you feel satisfied with that you're going to have great images. Additional time can be purchased for $80 for 30 minutes or $150 for an additional hour.
Events are an additional $150 for every hour (or partial hour) after scheduled end time.
